We changed how SpiceJet welcomed everyone. Courteous, warm and now equal. From airport announcements to on-board greetings. From boarding gate to pilot announcements. ‘Ladies and gentlemen’ was changed to ‘Good morning, all you beautiful people’, ‘all you wonderful people’ and ‘to each and every dear passenger’.
